Real Estate Like A Boss

The first thing you should understand is there’s no such thing as a national real estate license.

Every state has their own regulatory agency that makes their own rules. Every state has their own requirements for which courses you need to take, where to take the state exam, and what your continuing education requirements are.

If you want to work in multiple states, you will have to go through each state’s specific course and exam requirements. Some states do have reciprocity, which means they will give you partial or full credit for being licensed in another state. You won’t have to start completely from scratch.

The nice thing is once you do get licensed, you can use it in the entire state.
