  • Excellent list! The Millionaire Real Estate Agent tops my personal list of best real estate books as well. With the recent changes in the market, I’m currently reading The Recession-Proof Real Estate Agent by Michelle Clardie to prep for the possible downturn in many markets. Highly recommended!
